  • Carefully curating job posting profiles that highlight not just the core job responsibilities but also the employer's mission and values - helping ensure alignment between employer and candidate.

  • Handling the initial candidate screening process, guaranteeing that the candidates submitted to the hiring committee for consideration have been thoroughly screened and are not only committed to the company values but also to treating others with dignity and respect.

  • Deploying behavioral-based questions that urge candidates to give real-world examples relative to how they engage with dignity and respect,

    New Employee Coaching


Unlike most recruiters who consider their job complete after a hire is made, Workplace Dignity stays with the employer and employee for the first six months providing monthly check-ins and coaching. This coaching is geared towards helping the employee successfully transition into the culture of the company in a manner where mutual dignity in engagement is emphasized.


If the hire is not headed down a successful path during the first six months, and dispute resolution mechanisms prove unsuccessful, Workplace DC will help the company find a replacement candidate who is a better skillset or cultural fit.
